1. Who gives consent
The submitter confirms that they are the student's parent or legal representative, or otherwise have authority to provide the data. For a student under 16, consent is provided by the legal representative.
2. Data covered
Consent covers the parent's name and phone number, student's name and grade, selected subject, preferred time and optional comment, plus a record of the consent event, time, version and form language.
3. Purposes
The data will be used to receive and assess the application, contact the parent, understand the student's needs, assess level and recommend a suitable subject, group, time or teacher.
- This is not consent to direct marketing.
- This is not consent to publish photos or videos.
4. Voluntary choice and consequences
Consent is voluntary but necessary to process the online application. Without required data and consent, WeGrow cannot assess the electronic application; you may still contact us through another channel for general information.
5. Sensitive data
The public form does not request health, diagnosis, biometric or other special-category data. Do not include such data in the comment. If needed, WeGrow will use a separate secure process and written consent or another lawful basis.
6. Retention and withdrawal
If enrolment does not take place, the application is generally retained for no more than 6 months. You may withdraw consent by emailing the privacy contact. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or require deletion where another legal basis requires retention.
7. Electronic record
The separately selected checkbox before pressing “Submit application” is an active electronic action. WeGrow records the notice version, time and language to demonstrate consent.
