1. Accepting these terms
By using the website or submitting an application, you confirm that you have read these terms. A person acting for a child confirms that they are the parent, guardian or duly authorised representative.
2. Applications and enrolment
Submitting the form requests a consultation; it does not automatically enrol a student or guarantee a place. Enrolment is confirmed after the group, schedule, fee and start date are agreed.
- You must provide accurate and current information.
- WeGrow may decline an application if no suitable group or resource is available.
3. Learning services
WeGrow provides lessons in the agreed subject, feedback and progress records. The format, group, teacher or schedule may reasonably change with advance notice.
WeGrow cannot guarantee a particular grade, exam result or academic outcome. Results depend on attendance, completed work, engagement and individual circumstances.
4. Fees, packages and cancellation
Fees, lesson quantities, due dates, make-up lessons, pauses, cancellation and refunds are specified in the offer or separate service agreement provided at registration.
Late payment may lead to temporary suspension of lessons or portal access after notice and in accordance with applicable law.
5. Accounts and portal use
Login credentials are personal. Keep them secure, do not share them, and report suspected access promptly. A parent may manage only a linked child's account.
Unauthorised account access, security interference, automated extraction, malicious code and infringement of another user's rights are prohibited.
6. Conduct and a safe environment
Students, parents and teachers must communicate respectfully. Violence, threats, discrimination, harassment or persistent disruption may lead to suspension or termination, taking account of the child's best interests and the circumstances.
7. Intellectual property
The site design, WeGrow marks and WeGrow-created materials are protected by law. Materials may be used for personal learning, but may not be sold, commercially distributed or published without written permission.
8. Responsibility
WeGrow is responsible for providing services in good faith and professionally. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security updates or events beyond WeGrow's reasonable control.
9. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms and will publish material changes with reasonable notice. Georgian law applies. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through discussion; otherwise, disputes are resolved under Georgian law.
